I figure that the subject line says it all. I’m just going to assume that you’d like to get your hands on an ENVY 14 Spectre, gratis. Well, I caught wind of a contest currently going down over on the PopSugar Network – specifically new blogging platform OnSugar. The contest – “Love.Write.Win." For more details, keep on reading.
How is HP mixed up in this? HP's providing consumer notebooks as prizes (four Pavilion dv6t units for the weekly competitions and an ENVY 14 Spectre for the grand prize winner.)
Here’s how it works: Start a blog with OnSugar and write 10 posts during the month of February. Writer's block? Everyday, you're prompted with questions to push through it and find your voice (e.g. Who would play you in a movie? What magazine would you most want to be on the cover of?), or write about whatever moves you. Responses are shared throughout the extensive OnSugar blogging network as well as with the bloggers’ own audiences. Each week a winner is chosen based on the number of…. likes (week one), comments (week two), followers (week three) and re-blogs (week four). The grand prize winner will be chosen at the end of the month based on the quality of writing as judged by Sugar Inc., and his/her content will be syndicated throughout the 900K+ blogger network.
